For all
Treasurers here's a simple way of sending in the your monthly Deposit
Form to NSTC. I've had this form reviewed and approved by Owen Gan
at NSTC accounting. All the Treasurer needs to do is update the
spreadsheet each month and attach it to an email to his/her NSTC
accounting person.
I'm the
Treasurer for Area 2N as well as Region 36. I've been using this for the
past 4-5 months and it has been simple and well received by NSTC.
The tabs on
teh spreadsheet are set for a Fiscal Year, but could be easily modified
for a calendar year.
The added
benefit of using this spreadsheet is that all the Region's or Area's
deposit info is there in 1 place and if by some chance NSTC happened to
be looking for a past month...well since you are sending 12 months at
time...all the history is right there. All columns cross as well as down
total.
